SPA PONT-NEUF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Purpose
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) for this website (hereinafter “Site”) is to set out the general clauses applicable to the performance of the services that the company HOTELIERE PARIS CELINE (hereinafter “SPA Pont-Neuf”) may carry out upon request by the client (hereinafter “Client”).
2. Reservations
The Client may reserve one or more treatments directly on the Site.
Reserving a treatment also includes access to the pool area, jacuzzi, sensory shower and hammam.
Reservations made by the Client shall be final after written confirmation by SPA Pont-Neuf via email. All reservations must be prepaid on the Site.
The opening hours of SPA Pont-Neuf, as well as its location, appear directly on the Site.
3. Pricing
Our rates are net prices.
Treatments are valid for one (1) year.
4. Client obligations and instructions for the Client
The Client must follow the instructions and the hygiene and safety rules in order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
Reservations are made in the Client’s name and are strictly personal. They may not be assigned or transferred to anyone.
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to access SPA Pont-Neuf.
Use of the hammam and jacuzzi by persons under the age of 16 is prohibited.
It is obligatory to shower before entering SPA Pont-Neuf.
Swimwear is obligatory for entering SPA Pont-Neuf. Decent clothing and appropriate behaviour are encouraged.
Animals are prohibited.
The treatments on offer are for aesthetic purposes. They are not a replacement for medical treatment.
5. Change/lateness/cancellation terms and conditions
5.1 Changes to the reservation
If the Client is unable to attend the treatment, he or she must notify SPA Pont-Neuf in writing 48 hours before the appointment. After that deadline, the treatment will be lost and the money paid by the Client shall be retained by SPA Pont-Neuf.
If the treatment cannot be provided (for example, if the practitioner is ill or in the event of force majeure), SPA Pont-Neuf reserves the right to postpone the treatment. The Client shall approve the new date.
5.2 Lateness
If the Client is late for the appointment, SPA Pont-Neuf cannot guarantee full treatment. The time missed may be deducted from the treatment time without reimbursement or compensation.
5.3 Cancellation of the reservation
The reservation may not be cancelled by the Client for any reason, and the Client shall not be reimbursed.
6. Liability
SPA Pont-Neuf provides lockers for Clients in the changing rooms so they can store their personal items securely. The Client may not hold SPA Pont-Neuf responsible for any loss or theft. SPA Pont-Neuf shall not be held responsible in cases of Clients’ negligence, for example if the Client does not properly lock the locker door or if the keys are left unattended, allowing access to the locker.
Furthermore, SPA Pont-Neuf shall not be held responsible for the Client's falling in any of the facilities.
In addition, the Client may not hold SPA Pont-Neuf responsible in any way in the event of allergies/reactions to the spa products used by SPA Pont-Neuf, if the Client has not notified SPA Pont-Neuf in writing of any such allergies.
Entry to the pool is reserved solely for persons who can swim and is not supervised. Entry to the hammam is not recommended for persons suffering from arterial hypertension or heart conditions, and pregnant women are prohibited from entering. SPA Pont-Neuf accepts no responsibility in the event of any accidents.
